Who we are
100x is a trading education community based in New Zealand, run by K100 and team. This page explains what information we collect through this website and what we do with it. Questions or requests: message us on Instagram at @k100x__.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, whether to apply for a discovery call, download the free guide, or join the Discord, we collect what you enter: typically your name, contact details (email and/or phone number), and your answers about your trading experience and goals. If you book a call, we collect the booking details you provide. We also collect standard analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, how much of the video is watched); this is aggregated and not used to identify you.
How we use it
To respond to your application and run your discovery call, to send you the free guide or Discord invite you asked for, to contact you about 100x, including following up on your application or sharing things we think you'll find useful, and to understand how people use the site so we can improve it. We don't sell your information to anyone.
Who handles it for us, and where
Your details are collected and stored by the services this site runs on. Forms (your name, contact details and answers) run on Typeform. Call bookings run on Calendly. The website is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs. Site analytics run on Google Analytics, covered by Google's privacy policy. These providers store data on our behalf on servers that may be outside New Zealand, and each link above goes to their own privacy policy. The community is run on Discord, and joining it is subject to Discord's own terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while they're needed for the purposes above, for example while your application is active or while you're part of the community, and delete or de-identify them when no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. To do either, or to ask us to delete your details or stop contacting you, get in touch using the contact above.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page.
